Hi, I’m Priscilla. I live in the birth world so you don’t have to.

I’m a full-spectrum birthworker and a certified lactation counselor. In a time when new and expecting parents are overwhelmed with advice and opinions, my role is to help you tune out the noise and focus on what truly matters to you. I offer evidence-based guidance grounded in a family-centered approach so you can make informed decisions that align with your values and needs.

Whether it’s offering guidance during labor, feeding support in the early weeks, or simply holding space for all the emotions that come with this transition, I show up with care and practical tools to support you and your family every step of the way.

When I’m not supporting families, I’m with my own, picking up new hobbies (latest obsession: junk journaling) and trying to enjoy the outdoors. But our favorite thing, hands down, is chasing the best bites in town. I’ve got leads and I’m always taking recommendations.

I BELIEVE

Birth is about the whole family. My approach is rooted in the belief that support during this time should be personal, respectful, and centered on your values and needs. I’m here to help you feel seen, heard, and confident as you move through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
